1. Website purpose
This website presents ShonkiDeveloper services and selected portfolio work. General website content is informational and does not itself create a client contract.
2. Project engagements
Project scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, timelines, revision limits, hosting responsibilities and ownership terms should be agreed separately for each client project. A website enquiry or initial discussion is not a guarantee that a project will be accepted.
3. Intellectual property
ShonkiDeveloper branding, original site design and original written content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Portfolio visuals are displayed to demonstrate work and design capability. Names, logos and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a harmful manner or use the site to violate applicable law.
5. External websites
Portfolio cards and contact actions may open external websites or third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, policies or security of independently operated external services.
6. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
We aim to maintain a reliable public website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation across every device, internet provider, DNS resolver or third-party platform. Maintenance, hosting issues or network-level filtering may occasionally affect access.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated when our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
