1. About this website
ShonkiDeveloper operates this public portfolio and business website to explain our services, display selected work and provide ways to contact us. This website does not require an account to view its public content.
2. Information we receive
We do not include advertising trackers or analytics trackers in this build. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, business information and project requirements. Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address, request time and browser information, to deliver and secure the website.
3. How information is used
Information you send to us is used to answer your enquiry, discuss a project, provide requested services, maintain business records and protect our services from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
4. Google API and OAuth data
This portfolio website does not currently request access to Google account data. If a ShonkiDeveloper application later uses Google OAuth or Google APIs, the relevant public product page and this policy will be updated before production use to explain what Google user data is requested, why it is needed, how it is used, stored, retained and shared. Any such use must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements.
5. Third-party services and links
The website may link to project websites, WhatsApp, email applications or other external services. When you follow an external link, that service operates under its own privacy terms. We do not load those services silently in the background.
6. Data retention and security
Business correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, legal obligations or legitimate business records. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have directly provided to us or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate business obligations.
